The department is divided between car insurance and house and business insurance. In each of these areas, Nava and Nachman deal professionally with policy renewals and insurance with personal care and dedication to all customer requests.
Life Insurance Department
The life insurance department deals with serving and operating and providing price quotes for life, health, pension and provident insurance,as well as advanced study funds, savings, etc. The department’s employees are devoted to help with any claim and / or personal request on behalf of the insured and take an active part in the entire process with the insurance company and the insured.
In addition, the department is also staffed by an insurance agent who answers all questions and requests of the insured. The insurance agent is proficient in all areas of life insurance, including savings and long-term investments.
The V.I.P. Department
The V.I.P department is a unique department in its field and the Chacoty firm was the pioneer to appeal to a non-Israeli audience. The V.I.P department serves the incoming tourism; Tourists, foreign workers, yeshiva students and seminar girls, etc. Due to the fact that this population is not covered by the national health plan under the State of Israel, the department provides this population with private health insurance during their stay in Israel. Nonresidential health insurance is a unique product and includes the provision of advanced medical services as well as the possibility of conducting private surgeries.
The V.I.P department is in continuous contact with institutions from Israel and abroad in order to ensure the well being of the insured. The department’s staff speaks different languages and is dedicated to its work.
The department also markets overseas travel insurance to the Israeli population and accompanies the purchase process to the satisfaction of the policyholder.
